Truth Hack #5: Contradictions Are Cracks Contradictions aren’t mistakes. They’re fingerprints. A colleague says, “I arrived at 9.” Later, it becomes “I didn’t get there until after 10.” A patient says, “I’ve been taking my meds every day,” then mentions running out last week. One slip might be memory. Two is coincidence. Three is a pattern. Hack: Don’t smooth contradictions over. Pull on them. They show you exactly where the story breaks.
